Job Responsibilities

Practicehwy.com, Inc. seeks a Billing Software Support /Implementation Specialist to provide billing training and support to end-users for our Electronic Medical Record software applications used in Infertility Clinics.

In addition, this position is responsible to work with end users to understand workflow, and make corrective adjustments or enhancements as well as support for normal issue of current system and upgrades system.

Representatives will train end-users on line and travel to client sites and assist in end-users implementation and training. The position is based in the Dallas, Texas area with overall travel at about 10-15%. This is a ground floor opportunity with a dynamic company. Position is available immediately.

  • Drive completion of projects based on established timelines
  • Provide training to end-users via web conference and support clients after implementing
  • Travel and train end-users on site
  • Develop and document all workflow processes and procedures, as well as manage and maintain
  • Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials, including the method, media and documentation for end-users
  • Upon identification of billing system issues, Billing Specialist must be able to provide specific identification of the billing issue and effectively communicate identified issues, findings and solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • College degree is preferred
  • 2-3 years related experience in billing, accounting, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable in Physician Practice or Infertility Practice preferred
  • Able to Travel (US and Canada)
  • Good Computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and email applications
  • Motivated and willing to learn technical skills

Social Media Community Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • The manager will be responsible for growth and campaigns on all social media platforms for Electronic Health Record and Practice management for Infertility industry as well as working with the internal marketing team to provide expertise and aid in developing and launching digital and social media marketing campaigns across all marketing channels-earned, owned, and paid.
  • This job is also responsible for overseeing the growth of all company’s webpages and aid in creating cohesive digital marketing content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Fertility experience a plus.
  • The manager will also work with Icon's social media team to obtain sales goals, and must be able to make decisions and get positive results based on the performance of ads and budgets.
  • This position is responsible for planning event marketing.
  • Will also be working with influencers and brand ambassadors to plan, execute, and release any content for social media, as well as work with the internal creative team to produce and develop social media content including social video.
